Based in New York City, GOVC was founded by Andrew Boszhardt, a financial entrepreneur with approximately 35 years of capital market experience. For over six years, Andy and fellow Managing Partner Ben Lin have been investing in seed and early-stage technology companies. Typical investment size ranges from $50K to $500K.
